Welcome to the Round Hill neighborhood in Fishkill, New York!

Round Hill is centrally located and it is great for commuters with close proximity to Interstate 84, Route 9, Interstate 87, Taconic State Parkway, and Metro North Railroad. For our children, we are located in the Wappingers Central School District which includes Fishkill Elementary, Van Wyck Junior High School, and John Jay Senior High School.

In the quiet town of Fishkill, there are many wonderful restaurants to choose from such as Eleven-11, Tomato Café, Locanda, Joe Willy’s Fish Shack, Il Barilotto, Maya Café, and Sapore Steakhouse. We are also very close to the Newburgh waterfront where there are also many other restaurants to choose from as well. Round Hill is managed by homeowners who are elected to the Board of Directors and their responsibilities include maintaining the common areas and facilities for the use and enjoyment of the member homeowners. The common areas consist of private roads, open spaces, recreation facilities, and other various easements.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all common areas within Round Hill. 

They are also responsible for enforcing the rules of the Prospectus.
