The Board values communication with the residents & greater community.
We are happy to address any questions or concerns that may come up, but request that the proper channels are used.
This will prevent any communication from being lost, and will help expedite any response that may be needed
It is entirely unacceptable for homeowners to contact any person on the Board, our Bookkeeper, or our B&G Chairpersons through other means. Under NO circumstances are you to leave notes on our doors / windshields or show up unannounced at our private residences without permission.
If this happens, we will notify the Town Of Fishkill Police as standard procedure.
