PLEASE READ: Round Hill One Month Suspension Of Dues Related to COVID-19

Good afternoon,

In light of recent events surrounding COVID-19 that are creating a massive impact and economic burden for residents of Round Hill due to the unprecedented shutdown, the Board of Directors is suspending dues for one month for all residents in good standing.

Most residents pay their dues on a month-to-month basis, some pay quarterly, and some even pay yearly.  Regardless of how you pay your dues we will accommodate your situation and residents in good standing will receive one month of suspended dues.  Please note that we are not returning checks already mailed in and we are not issuing account credits or payments to anyone for any reason, but rather we are granting each resident in good standing one month of suspended dues applicable to the next month your dues would normally be paid.  This is non-transferable, only one per Round Hill address, and is only valid for residents in good standing as of March 18, 2020.

This one month suspension of dues is not going to be recouped in the form of a future dues increase or special assessment as the Board is funding this through reallocation of our budgeted expenses as a way to try and help our neighbors.  Our HOA is financially sound and this one time suspension of dues will in no way affect our ability to pay our bills for the services that we all enjoy.

As the world works through this unprecedented challenge, we are all facing a new reality and we need to step back and remember that we are all in this together.  Please be kind and neighborly to each other and remember that we need to look out for our neighbors that are the most vulnerable.

Please share this with your neighbors, please be safe, and if you have any additional questions, please reach out through our contact page and let us know.

Sincerest Regards,
Round Hill Board of Directors
