Reminder to Residents: Dues Have Increased

We are reaching out to residents to remind them that starting in October the dues had increased to $150/month.

This was outlined at the yearly meeting in May, the meeting minutes that were shared, as well as the latest newsletter. It is also written on the coupon books that were distributed for the 2023-24 year.

If you have not been paying the full amount of dues, please send a check for the balance owed to the Association ASAP. We are also reminding residents who have auto-pay set up to update their records.
