In efforts to squeeze an additional parking space out of their driveways, many residents have resorted to parallel parking a vehicle at the end of their driveways.

While understandable, it looks sloppy to have vehicles parked askew and most importantly it typically involves driving over parts of the lawn and destroying it in the process.

To discourage this practice, the Board has adopted a rules and regulations change to restrict any form of parallel parking and will treat it as a Buildings & Grounds violation subject to assessment.
